If you have lost your mojo or don’t know where to start, then FIT IN 30 DAYS – ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS CLUB will get you back on track! Just 10 minutes per day, first thing in the morning , five days a week with two days off to recover will give you great results in minimum time.
This is a ‘follow on’ program to Fit In 30 Days! When you are fitter and stronger, you have the option of progressing to the Express Fitness group. You will still experience a wide variety of exercise disciplines but at a slightly faster pace.
The program includes
This new program will introduce you to a number of exercise disciplines that will strengthen, tone, flex and relax the whole body. Most are equipment free although there is an introduction to weights for BEGINNERS perfect if you are over 30 as you start to lose muscle mass and need muscle to burn fat! You can use two water bottles if you don’t have weights!

NO STRESS ON joints
All of the exercises are low impact so you can still work at a high intensity with no jumping! So no stress on your joints although easy and harder options are offered.
