Personal 1:1 Goal-Setting Consultation

We’ll begin with a private 1–2–1 consultation where we’ll review how you are feeling; your current lifestyle, and personal goals. This session ensures your plan is fully aligned with you—where you are now and where you want to be.

Fortnightly 1:1 Coaching Calls

Every two weeks, you’ll have a scheduled 1–2–1 coaching call of up to 30 minutes to check in, adjust your approach, and keep you moving forward with confidence. Additional support is available whenever you need it—because you’re never doing this alone and sometime’s life’s obstacles gets in the way!

Each week, you’ll be supported with live sessions designed to educate, motivate, and empower you:
