If you have ‘let yourself go’ in Lockdown, If you have lost your mojo or don’t know where to start, then ‘Express Fitness’ will get you back on track!  Just 10 minutes per day, first thing in the morning , five days a week with two days off to transform yourself from ‘frumpy ’ to ‘fit’ in just 30 days!

The program includes

This new program will introduce you to a number of exercise disciplines that will strengthen, tone, flex and relax the whole body. Most are equipment free although there is an introduction to weights for BEGINNERS perfect if you are over 30 as you start to lose muscle mass and need muscle to burn fat! You can use two water bottles if you don’t have weights!
